دار سفينة النجاة

دار سفينة النجاة دارٌ علمية أزهرية مصرية، نشأت من منطلق معرفي وهو الاهتمام بتحقيق التراث الإسلامي الأصيل، وانطلقت من القاهرة حاملةً رسالةً واحدة: إخراج كنوز المكتبة الإسلامية في صورة تليق بعظمتها، وتقرِّبها إلى طالب العلم والباحث والمحب في كل مكان

لم تكن الدار مشروعًا تجاريًا بالمعنى المعتاد، بل كانت وفاءً. وفاءً للنصوص التي كادت تُنسى، وللعلماء الذين بذلوا أعمارهم في خدمة هذا الدين، وللقارئ المعاصر الذي يستحق أن يصل إلى هذا الإرث بيسر وإتقان

جذورنا: دار الفلك

لم تبدأ الرحلة باسم "سفينة النجاة". فقد انطلقت الجهود الأولى تحت اسم دار الفلك، التي كرَّست نفسها للبحث في التراث الإسلامي وإحيائه، فأخرجت للناس عملين:

مجموعة مقالات وبحوث العلامة أحمد بك إبراهيم الفقية الحقوقي المصري (4 مجلدات)
موسوعة تصحيح المفاهيم والأفكار في قضايا حارت فيها الأمة (3 مجلدات)

ثم جاءت دار سفينة النجاة امتدادًا طبيعيًا لهذه المسيرة، حاملةً الهمّ نفسه وموسّعةً الأفق. وكان أول ما أصدرته تحت اسمها الجديد:

أورادنا لإمام العصر وقطب الزمان مولانا الإمام العلامة نور الدين علي جمعة

إصدارنا الأبرز: نسيم الرياض

ثم جاء العمل الذي يمثل أوسع مشروعات الدار وأكثرها طموحًا: نسيم الرياض في شرح شفاء القاضي عياض للإمام شهاب الدين الخفاجي رحمه الله. فهو أحد أجلِّ شروح كتاب الشفا وأوسعها، وقد ظلَّ قرونًا حبيسَ المخطوطات والطبعات القديمة التي غدت في حكم المخطوطات، ولم يخرج محققًا في طبعة حديثة تليق بمكانته

فانتهضت الهمة، وبدأ العمل

تولَّى التحقيق والتعليق فضيلة الشيخ أشرف سعد محمود الأزهري، عالمٌ أزهري أمضى شطرًا من عمره في خدمة النصوص الإسلامية، قابَل المخطوطات وحرَّر الألفاظ وضبط الحروف وخرَّج الأحاديث، حتى خرج الكتاب في ثلاثة عشر مجلدًا تسرُّ الناظر وتطمئن إليها نفس الباحث

وصدر العمل تحت إشراف فضيلة الأستاذ الدكتور علي جمعة، عضو هيئة كبار العلماء بالأزهر الشريف، في العام الذي أعلنه عامًا للشفا، كأن العناية الإلهية أرادت أن يعود الناس إلى هذا الكتاب الجليل في أحوج الأوقات إليه

رسالتنا

نؤمن أن التراث الإسلامي ليس ماضيًا يُحفظ في الأرفف، بل هو حاضرٌ يُحيا في العقول والقلوب. ولذلك لا نكتفي بطباعة الكتب، بل نعمل على إحيائها: تحقيقًا يُعيد النص إلى أصله، وإخراجًا يُقرِّبه من قارئه، ونشرًا يوصله إلى كل من يبحث عنه في مصر والخليج والعالم

About Us

Dar Safinah Al Najah

Dar Safinah Al Najah is an Egyptian Azhari scholarly publishing house, founded on a single intellectual commitment: the critical editing (tahqeeq) of authentic Islamic heritage. It set out from Cairo with a single mission: to bring the treasures of the Islamic library back to life in editions worthy of their greatness, accessible to students of knowledge, researchers, and lovers of the prophetic tradition everywhere

This was never a conventional business venture. It was an act of faithfulness, to texts that nearly fell into oblivion, to the scholars who devoted their lives to preserving them, and to the contemporary reader who deserves access to this heritage with ease and precision

Our Roots: Dar Al-Fulk

The journey did not begin under the name "Safinah Al-Najah." The earliest efforts began under the name Dar Al-Fulk, devoted to researching and reviving the Islamic heritage. Under that name, two works were brought to readers:

A Collection of Essays and Studies by the Distinguished Scholar Ahmed Bey Ibrahim, the Egyptian jurist (4 volumes)
An Encyclopedia Correcting the Concepts and Ideas in Matters that Have Perplexed the Nation (3 volumes)

Dar Safinah Al Najah then emerged as a natural extension of this journey, carrying the same mission forward on a wider scale. The first work published under its new name was:

Awraduna, by the Imam of the Age and Pole of the Times, Our Master the Distinguished Imam Nour Al-Din Ali Gomaa

Our Landmark Publication: Naseem Al-Riyad

Then came the work that represents the house's most ambitious undertaking: Naseem Al-Riyad fi Sharh Shifa Al-Qadi Iyad by Imam Shihab Al-Din Al-Khafaji. It is one of the most expansive and celebrated commentaries on Al-Qadi Iyad's Al-Shifa, and it had remained for centuries confined to manuscripts and aged prints that had themselves become like manuscripts, never properly verified in a modern critical edition

The work of tahqeeq (critical editing) was undertaken by Sheikh Ashraf Saad Mahmoud Al-Azhari, an Azhari scholar who devoted years to collating manuscripts, editing the text, vowelizing its words, and authenticating its hadith narrations, until the work emerged in thirteen complete volumes that satisfy the eye of the reader and the standards of the researcher

The edition was published under the supervision of Dr. Ali Gomaa, Senior Member of Al-Azhar's Council of Scholars, in the very year he designated as the Year of Al-Shifa, as though divine providence intended for this great book to return to the hands of its people at the moment they needed it most

Our Mission

We believe the Islamic heritage is not a past to be archived. It is a living present to be transmitted. We do not merely print books. We revive them: through rigorous tahqeeq that returns the text to its origins, through craftsmanship that brings it closer to its reader, and through distribution that reaches every student and scholar in Egypt, the Gulf, and beyond
