شروط الخدمة
١. التعريفات ونطاق التطبيق
يُقصد بـ الدار أو نحن دار سفينة النجاة، الناشر المالك لهذا الموقع، ويُقصد بـ الموقع النطاق safinahalnajah.com وجميع صفحاته، ويُقصد بـ العميل أو أنت كل من يتصفح الموقع أو يقدّم طلب شراء عبره. استخدامك للموقع أو تقديمك لأي طلب يعني موافقتك على هذه الشروط. إن لم توافق عليها فيرجى الامتناع عن استخدام الموقع.
٢. أهلية التعاقد
يشترط لإتمام الشراء أن تكون قد بلغت الثامنة عشرة من عمرك وأن تتمتع بالأهلية القانونية للتعاقد، وأن تكون البيانات التي تقدّمها صحيحة وكاملة.
٣. المنتجات وأوصافها
نعرض على الموقع إصدارات علمية وكتباً مطبوعة. نحرص على دقة وصف كل إصدار من حيث عدد المجلدات والتحقيق والإشراف العلمي ونوع الورق والتجليد. ومع ذلك قد تختلف الألوان الظاهرة في الصور اختلافاً يسيراً عن المنتج الفعلي تبعاً لإعدادات الشاشة، ولا يُعدّ هذا عيباً في المنتج.
٤. الأسعار والعملة
جميع الأسعار المعروضة بالجنيه المصري. نحتفظ بالحق في تعديل الأسعار في أي وقت دون إشعار مسبق، على أن يُطبَّق على طلبك السعر المعروض وقت تأكيد الطلب. العروض الترويجية سارية للمدة المعلنة أو حتى نفاد الكمية، أيهما أقرب.
٥. الطلبات وقبولها
تقديمك للطلب يُعدّ إيجاباً بالشراء، ولا يتم التعاقد إلا بقبولنا للطلب وتأكيده. ونحتفظ بالحق في رفض أو إلغاء أي طلب في الحالات الآتية: نفاد الكمية، أو ورود خطأ في السعر أو في وصف المنتج، أو الاشتباه في طلبات غير حقيقية أو مخالفة، أو تعذّر التحقق من بيانات العميل. وفي حال الإلغاء بعد السداد يُرَدّ المبلغ المدفوع كاملاً.
٦. الدفع
نقبل الدفع بالبطاقات البنكية والدفع نقداً وفق الخيارات المتاحة عند إتمام الطلب. تتم معالجة المدفوعات الإلكترونية عبر بوابة دفع آمنة، ولا نحتفظ ببيانات بطاقتك على خوادمنا.
٧. الشحن والتسليم
نشحن إلى جميع محافظات مصر عبر شركة شحن معتمدة. مدد التسليم المعلنة تقديرية وليست مواعيد ملزمة، وقد تتأثر بظروف خارجة عن إرادتنا. تنتقل تبعة هلاك المنتج إليك عند استلامك الشحنة. تحكم تفاصيل الشحن سياسةُ الشحن المنشورة على الموقع وتُعدّ جزءاً من هذه الشروط.
٨. الإرجاع والاستبدال
نظرًا لطبيعة المنتجات العلمية والثقافية التي نقدمها، لا يسمح بالاسترجاع أو الاستبدال بعد إتمام عملية الشراء.
في حال وصول الطلب تالفًا أو مختلفًا عما طُلب، يُرجى التواصل معنا عبر واتساب خلال ٤٨ ساعة من الاستلام مع إرفاق صورة للمنتج، وسنعمل على حل المشكلة فورًا.

٩. الملكية الفكرية
جميع محتويات الموقع من نصوص وصور ومواد تعريفية وتصميمات وشعارات مملوكة للدار أو مرخّصة لها، ومحمية بموجب قوانين حماية الملكية الفكرية. ولا يجوز نسخها أو إعادة نشرها أو استعمالها تجارياً دون إذن كتابي مسبق. كما أن اقتناءك لأي إصدار مطبوع لا يمنحك أي حق في تصويره أو إعادة طبعه أو نشره ورقياً أو رقمياً أو توزيعه بأي صورة.
١٠. الاستخدام المشروع للموقع
تلتزم بعدم استخدام الموقع في أي غرض مخالف للقانون، وبعدم محاولة اختراقه أو تعطيله أو جمع بيانات مستخدميه بوسائل آلية.
١١. حدود المسؤولية
نبذل عنايةً معقولة في تشغيل الموقع ووصف المنتجات، غير أننا لا نضمن خلوّ الموقع من الانقطاع أو الأخطاء. ولا نُسأل عن الأضرار غير المباشرة أو التبعية، وتقتصر مسؤوليتنا في جميع الأحوال على قيمة الطلب محل النزاع. ولا يُخلّ هذا البند بحقوقك المقررة قانوناً.
١٢. القوة القاهرة
لا نُسأل عن أي تأخير أو إخلال ينشأ عن ظروف خارجة عن سيطرتنا المعقولة.
١٣. الخصوصية
تخضع معالجة بياناتك الشخصية لسياسة الخصوصية المنشورة على الموقع.
١٤. تعديل الشروط
نحتفظ بالحق في تعديل هذه الشروط في أي وقت، ويسري التعديل من تاريخ نشره على الموقع. ويُطبَّق على طلبك النصُّ الساري وقت تقديمه.
١٥. القانون الواجب التطبيق
تخضع هذه الشروط وتُفسَّر وفقاً لقوانين جمهورية مصر العربية، وتختص المحاكم المصرية بنظر أي نزاع ينشأ عنها.

Terms of Service
1. Definitions and scope. Dar Safinat al-Najat (also "we", "us") means the publisher operating this website; the Site means safinahalnajah.com and all its pages; "you" means anyone browsing the Site or placing an order. By using the Site or placing an order you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
2. Eligibility. You must be at least 18 and legally able to contract, and the information you provide must be accurate and complete.
3. Products. We publish and sell printed scholarly editions and books. We take care to describe each edition accurately — volume count, editing and scholarly supervision, paper and binding. Colours may vary slightly from the photographs depending on your screen; this is not a defect.
4. Prices and currency. All prices are in Egyptian pounds. We may change prices at any time without notice; the price applied to your order is the one displayed when the order is confirmed. Promotional offers run for the stated period or while stock lasts, whichever ends first.
5. Orders and acceptance. Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed only when we accept and confirm it. We may refuse or cancel any order where stock has run out, a price or description error has occurred, an order appears fraudulent, or we cannot verify your details. If we cancel after payment, we refund in full.
6. Payment. We accept bank cards and cash, according to the options shown at checkout. Card payments are processed through a secure payment gateway; we do not store card details on our servers.
7. Shipping and delivery. We ship to all Egyptian governorates through a licensed courier. Stated delivery times are estimates, not guarantees, and may be affected by circumstances beyond our control. Risk of loss passes to you on delivery. Our published Shipping Policy forms part of these Terms.
8. Returns and exchanges. Given the scholarly and cultural nature of the products we publish, returns and exchanges are not accepted once a purchase is completed. If your order arrives damaged or differs from what you ordered, contact us on WhatsApp within 48 hours of delivery with a photograph of the item and we will resolve it immediately. 9. Intellectual property. All Site content — text, images, descriptive material, designs and logos — is owned by or licensed to us and protected by intellectual property law. It may not be copied, republished or used commercially without prior written permission. Purchasing a printed edition gives you no right to scan, reprint, publish or distribute it in print or digital form.
10. Acceptable use. You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose, or to attempt to breach, disrupt or scrape it.
11. Limitation of liability. We take reasonable care in operating the Site and describing products, but do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our liability is in all cases limited to the value of the order in dispute. Nothing here affects your statutory rights.
12. Force majeure. We are not liable for delay or failure caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
13. Privacy. Your personal data is handled in accordance with our published Privacy Policy.
14. Changes. We may amend these Terms at any time, effective when published on the Site. The version in force when you place your order applies to it.
15. Governing law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, and the Egyptian courts have jurisdiction over any dispute.
